Dear ONiA Patient,
If you have concerns around the COVID-19 situation that is currently evolving in Adelaide, we wanted to touch base to provide information about ongoing services at ONiA.
Please be assured the health and safety of our patients and staff is our primary concern, and we will continue with our stringent hygiene and screening practices to ensure this is maintained, including:
- All patients will need to sanitise their hands upon entering the clinic
- Clinical staff will be wearing masks
- Patients must maintain a physical distance of 1.5m from others where possible
The restrictions announced by the State Government do not, as yet, affect our dental services and these will continue as normal.
We continue to ask that if you are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms associated with COVID-19, you reschedule your appointment:
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Sore throat
- Shortness of breath
- Fever/chills
- Loss or alteration in smell/taste
If you are unsure, please contact the COVID-19 information line on 1800 253 787 for advice. If you are under the direction of SA Health to quarantine, please also reschedule your appointment with our Orthodontists.
